Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention Policy
Last Revised: May 26, 2026
1. Order Acceptance
Auto Gator reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order or transaction at its sole discretion for any legitimate business reason, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud, unauthorized use of payment credentials, or other deceptive activity
- Failure of payment authorization, payment verification, or chargeback history
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information
- Pricing or typographical errors on the website or in any communication
- Inventory unavailability or part condition changes discovered after listing
- Shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, or export control requirements
- Safety or regulatory compliance concerns
- Violation of our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, or any applicable federal, state, or local law
Auto Gator may require additional identity verification, alternative payment methods, or supplemental documentation before approving and processing any order. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any individual customer or household.
2. No Binding Contract at Submission
Submitting a quote request or order inquiry through this website constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. A binding agreement is formed only when Auto Gator sends a written order confirmation to the email address you provided. Until that confirmation is issued, Auto Gator has made no commitment to supply the requested part or vehicle at any stated price.
Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice and may reflect errors. In the event of a pricing error, Auto Gator will notify you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your request at no charge.
3. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business from unauthorized transactions, Auto Gator employs automated and manual fraud screening on all orders. Transactions that are flagged for review may be subject to delays of up to two (2) business days while verification is completed. Auto Gator is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from our fraud prevention procedures when applied in good faith.
If you believe your order has been incorrectly flagged or cancelled, please contact us directly at 800-446-1265 or parts@autogator.com.
4. Cancellations
Auto Gator reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order prior to shipment if the part is found to be unavailable, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for sale. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full within five (5) business days. Auto Gator's liability in the event of a cancellation is limited to the refund of amounts actually paid — we are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from a cancelled order.
5. Non-Discrimination
Auto Gator does not refuse service, cancel orders, or apply different terms on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, age, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, including the California Unruh Civil Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 51).
All order acceptance decisions are based solely on legitimate business criteria as described in this policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
Auto Gator reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
