Important Vehicle Disclosure

Vehicles offered by Auto Gator are typically salvage, insurance-loss, repairable, previously damaged, or project vehicles and may have known or unknown mechanical, structural, electrical, cosmetic, or safety-related damage. These vehicles are generally sold for repair, rebuilding, export, or parts use and may not be roadworthy at the time of sale.

By placing a deposit, purchasing a vehicle, or otherwise completing a transaction with Auto Gator, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

AS-IS Sale

All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and without any warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or roadworthiness.

No oral statements or representations made by Auto Gator or its employees shall create any warranty regarding the vehicle.

Buyer Responsibility for Inspection

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles in person prior to purchase. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the condition, damage, specifications, options, prior repairs, and suitability of the vehicle.

Vehicle descriptions, photos, VIN decoding information, condition reports, and other data are provided for convenience only and may contain errors or omissions.

Such information should not be relied upon as a substitute for personal inspection or independent verification.

Condition and Damage Disclosure

Vehicles may have visible or hidden damage including but not limited to:

• structural or frame damage
• mechanical failure
• electrical system defects
• airbag or safety system damage
• water or flood damage
• corrosion or rust
• missing parts or components
• prior repairs of unknown quality

Vehicles sold as repairable or project vehicles may require significant repair or replacement of components.

Seller may not have inspected all components of the vehicle and makes no representation that all damage or defects have been identified or disclosed.

Project / Rebuild Vehicle Disclosure

Repairable vehicles are project vehicles and may require substantial repairs beyond what is visible or described.

Damage estimates or visible damage should not be interpreted as a complete assessment. Additional hidden damage may be discovered during inspection, disassembly, or repair.

Salvage / Branded Title Disclosure

Vehicles may have salvage, rebuilt, junk, or other branded titles.

Buyers are responsible for understanding all requirements for repairing, rebuilding, registering, exporting, or operating the vehicle in their jurisdiction.

Odometer Disclosure

Odometer readings are not verified and may not reflect the actual mileage of the vehicle. Unless otherwise stated in writing, mileage should be considered unknown.

Roadworthiness and Safety

Vehicles may require substantial repairs and may not be safe or legal to operate until properly repaired and inspected.

AutoGator makes no representation that any vehicle is roadworthy or capable of passing inspection.

Buyer Assumes All Risk

The buyer assumes all risks associated with the purchase, transportation, repair, operation, and resale of the vehicle, including risks related to hidden damage or repair costs.

Sales Price, Taxes, and Fees

Advertised vehicle prices may not include applicable sales tax, title fees, registration fees, documentation fees, smog fees, transportation charges, or other government or dealer-related fees.

Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, registration costs, and government fees required to complete the transaction.

No Returns / Final Sale

All vehicle sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Vehicles will only be released once full payment has cleared.

Transportation and Storage

The buyer is responsible for removing or transporting the vehicle from the seller's premises.

Vehicles not removed within the agreed timeframe may be subject to reasonable storage fees.

Out-of-State and Export Buyers

Buyers outside California are responsible for complying with all local laws, inspection requirements, emissions regulations, title regulations, and import/export requirements.

AutoGator makes no representation that a vehicle will meet regulatory requirements outside California.

Information Accuracy Disclaimer

Auto Gator makes no guarantee regarding the completeness or accuracy of vehicle information including VIN decoding data, damage descriptions, photographs, or third-party vehicle history reports.

No Reliance

Buyer acknowledges that they have not relied on any statements or representations not expressly contained in this disclosure or the written sales agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoGator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, repair, transportation, operation, or resale of any vehicle.
